    Who is eligible to book an appointment?

    Successful PR applicants who have received ICA's approval letter will be able to book an appointment to complete PR formalities by furnishing the following information found in the approval letter:
       (1) File Reference Number
       (2) Date of Approval
       (3) Number of successful PR applicants

    Successful PR applicants who make an appointment and arrive punctually to complete their PR formalities can expect to be served promptly.

    How can I book or change an appointment?

    You can visit our website at https://eappointment.ica.gov.sg to book a time slot to complete PR formalities within the validity of your approval letter. You can also access the e-Appointment system from ICA's website at https://www.ica.gov.sg.

    You can also change your appointment at least 2 days before the scheduled appointment date. The system will only allow you to change your appointment twice. If you have exceeded this quota, you will not be allowed to make any new appointment or make further changes to your last appointment.

    After keying in the required information as listed in Question 1, click on the submit button (shown below).



    You will see the following screen once you have successfully logged into the eAppointment system.



    - The box highlighted in orange shows your current appointment date, if you have already booked an appointment.
    - You will not be able to click on the days highlighted in grey (appointment slots have been fully booked), pink (non-working days) and white (dates not released/available for booking).

    - To book or change your appointment, click on your preferred date (those available in green) and the following screen will be shown:



    - Select your preferred timing (check on the radio button) and click the submit button.
    - When your preferred timing has been successfully accepted, a confirmation message will be displayed. You are advised to adhere to the new appointment timing.

    Can I change my appointment on the day itself?

    No. You will only be able to change your appointment at least 2 days before the current appointment date.

    What should I do if I cannot turn up for my appointment?

    A:
    If you are unable to turn up for your scheduled appointment, you may make another booking via the e-Appointment system after your appointment date has lapsed. You will only be able to schedule an appointment on a date within the validity of the approval letter. If you have missed two appointments, you will not be allowed to make further appointments.

    Can I proceed directly to the counters since I have a prior appointment?

    No. Please proceed to the Self Service Ticketing Kiosk at the Permanent Resident Services Centre, (5th floor, ICA Building) and scan the barcode printed on ICA's approval letter to obtain the queue ticket. The queue ticket will show your queue number and the designated counter to go to.

    Will I be served if I am late on the appointment day?

    Yes. However, you may have to wait longer as those who arrive on time for their appointment will be served first. Hence, please arrive punctually to allow us to serve you promptly.

    Can I complete my PR formalities without making an appointment?

    The completion of PR formalities is by appointment only. If you are unable to book an appointment yourself, you may come to ICA to seek our assistance to schedule an appointment for you to turn up in person to complete your PR formalities.
